The executive secretary will be responsible to manage all the personal and administrative tasks for the CEO.Responsibilities:Solving problems and negotiating with othersAnswering phone calls for the CEO and arranging appointments and CEO schedulesAttending meetings and taking notesArranging appointments, conferences, and administrative meetings and etc.Responsible for arranging personal matters and activities for the CEO and his family, such as insurance, workers, maids, Iqama and Visa renewals, arranging social events and travel reservationsHotel reservations and plane-tickets Arranging business trips and meetingsHas complete knowledge of the requirements for the health insurance, car insurance, etc. Archiving files and documents: printing, coordinating, scanning, distributing, and saving on the computerDealing with all correspondence, emails, and letters, and prioritizing itKeeping all information confidential Working with integrity and honesty.
