Job Description
Qualification:
- BSc in Engineering, MBA is preferable
- PMP Certification
Experience:? Should have minimum 15 years demonstrable postgraduate experience? Minimum 10 years directly related experience? Preferably, have minimum 5 years? experience in the gulf region.AND: Experience in formulatingVision, Mission, Themes, Objectives, Values
- Experience in doing PESTLE Analysis, SWOT Analysis , Bench Marking
- Cascade down the corporate strategy to all Affairs and departments,
- Support in updating rolling plan and setting KPIs.
- Coordinate with departments to finalize Half yearly Performance Reviews/ Year End performance reviews.
