The People & Performance department is responsible for managing human resources, talent development, and performance evaluation within the organization. Their role includes recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, as well as implementing strategies to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction. This department plays a crucial role in aligning people and business objectives to achieve organizational success. . Develop and implement employee engagement programs, initiatives, and policies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention.

. Develop and implement employee engagement programs, initiatives, and policies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and retention.
. Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify key engagement areas and create action plans for improvement
. Organize and oversee events, workshops, and activities aimed at promoting a positive workplace culture and team bonding.
. Conduct surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and sentiment, utilizing data to drive improvements.
. Create communication strategies to ensure transparent and effective internal communication across all levels of the organization.
. Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, promoting open dialogue, and facilitating resolutions.
. Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
. Preferably a Bachelors degree in Human resources or a relevant field
. 6+ years of experience working in a similar role
