Job Description:
As an Export Senior Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and new clients and *new markets*, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the automotive spare parts sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the market share for automotive spare parts globally.
2. Drive business growth by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
4. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeating business.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear sales objectives and targets.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement or expansion.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to the senior management team.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, product innovations, and market dynamics.
10. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluations with the team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the automotive spare parts industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of the Dubai automotive market and extensive network of potential clients.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
6. Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
8. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies accordingly.
9. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
10. Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
