Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiently handle data entry, document preparation, and filing systems.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets for various purposes.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
High-level computer competence
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in inventory management is a definite asset.
