Description:
Hiring Recruitment Coordinator on urgent basis.
Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen and interview candidates to identify the right fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remote.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment software and various job portals.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
