Job Discription
Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages.
Assist the Front Office team.
Help with inventory control.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
Track sales goals and results
Maintain and update project timelines
Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software.
Review and update project estimates
Perform any other job duties as assigned
Candidate Requirement
Requirements And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ of related experience
Proven work experience in a back office role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint AutoCAD software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Excellent organizational skills
