Manages the Human Resource Strategy, People & Projects Planning. Leads gathering and consolidation of relevant information on HR development. Takes responsibility for all large-scale HR transformation projects. Supports the CHRO in defining HR strategy, projects and People planning and assists its implementation.
Provides professional guidance and support the Head of Functions in all People related decisions. Assists in translating the company s strategic imparities into functional HR strategies and goals.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Supports CHRO in the development of overall HR strategy by providing insights on external HR related information and internal service culture.
Leads the processing and analyzing of internal and external HR data / trends in order to provide recommendations on potential improvements of strategic and operational HR procedures.
Continuously searches for new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of gathering relevant input information for the development of HR strategy & development.
Coordinates the knowledge transfer between the HR Departments to optimize strategy development process.
Controls and monitors the preparation of the consolidated annual manpower plan, budget, and ensures that it is in line with the business needs for staffing at optimum level.
Guides and assists the implementation of HR strategy and people plans across all ROSHN Group functions, Regions, and Subsidiaries.
Ensures reconciliation of strategy and plans against forecasts and business plans & strategies.
Conducts on-going progress review of HR strategies and people plans in order to ensure timely execution and promptly initiate corrective actions as required.
Initiates and takes responsibility for special Human Resource related projects as required, including the proposal of appropriate staff to work on those projects.
Prepares and presents various reports to CHRO in order to support data driven decision making.
Manages the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancements related to HR Information Systems such as ERP, Intranet, and other HR systems.
