NRC is implementing a Shelter Programme in the Zaatari/Azraq refugee Camps in Jordan, the project aim to support refugees in the camps to have improved coping strategies through the provision of adequate housing and support to their ability to meet their basic needs. The Shelter Officer / Shelter Maintenance officer is responsible to plan and manage the Shelter Technical Construction Units, but also be part of field teams to conduct assessments, designs, BoQs, supervise and monitor rehabilitation works for shelters as per NRC’s standards and guidelines. In addition, to ensure workflow is adequate and up to the agreed standards, meeting deadlines and targets.
