Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives who are fluent in Mandarin, French, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew, Japanese, or Hindi to join our sales team. The Sales Executives will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers who speak the respective language. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell products or services to customers who speak Mandarin, French, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew, Japanese, or Hindi.
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend suitable products or services to meet their specific needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to gather market intelligence, provide feedback, and contribute to sales strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin, French, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew, Japanese, or Hindi, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in a related industry.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
