We are currently seeking a highly proficient Administrative Officer to join our dynamic Leasing and Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage administrative tasks within the Leasing and Marketing Department.
2. Coordinate leasing activities including tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and property inspections.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing transactions and marketing campaigns.
5. Provide administrative support to departmental staff as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Exceptional proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
3. Proven experience of 3-5 years in administrative roles within the leasing and marketing industry.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
7. Knowledge of real estate leasing regulations and procedures.
