Hiring Marketing Operations Manager
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Manager to be based on-site in DIFC – Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role will include day-to-day tasks such as managing and overseeing marketing operations, conducting marketing analytics to optimize marketing performance, and overseeing marketing automation platforms. The Marketing Operations Manager will also be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing team to provide support on project management, strategic planning and execution, and other marketing operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain data accuracy.
Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies and software to improve efficiency. Campaign Execution:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for optimization.
Data Management:
Oversee data collection, segmentation, and analysis to drive targeted marketing efforts.
Implement data privacy and compliance best practices (e.g., GDPR).
Streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Create and document marketing workflows and procedures.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable reports for decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and campaign managers to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Budget Management:
Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in marketing activities.
Training and Development:
Train marketing team members on marketing tools and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM software.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
Experience in Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills
Experience in the insurance or financial service industry preferred
Understanding of insurance brokerage operations and procedures
