Hiring Team Leader ELV & ICT

Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate assigned engineering work and ensure effective communication and coordination among the team.
Meet with the Manager/Engineers to agree on mobilization and coordination activities: weekly meetings, on-site offices, storage area, communication, personal protective equipment
Allocate technicians and sites to the assigned Supervisors/Technicians.
Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of necessary material.
Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements and ensure execution as per the schedule
Perform project engineering duties on small to medium sized projects including ELV coordination
Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals
Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all ELV systems.
Time management and excellent problem-solving skills.
Follow up with all sub-contractor and inspect their PPM activates.
Reports to the in-charge Manager if any anomaly has been happened or observed to take immediate action.
Strong interpersonal Skills with team members.
Able to foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player
Requirements:
Either more than five years as an ELV technician or at least two years of experience as a team leader in the same field
Excellent knowledge in ICT and ELV system.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Engineering-related bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent
Knowledge of Control4, Crestron, KNX, Lutron, Dynalite, and Savant programming is advantageous.
