Description:
One of the leading F&B Company in UAE is looking for Admin & HR Assistant.
Must have minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in similar role.
Must be available locally.
Must have knowledge of UAE labor law.
Employee training (Preference will be given to candidates having previous experience from F&B industry as Admin & HR assistant.
Must have hands on experience in onboarding process, maintaining employees files- scanning, Xeroxing documents, tracking and maintaining record of attendance, all types of employee leaves.
Maintaining record of medical and insurance card, residency expiry record.
Keeping track on employee probation.
Reporting daily to operation manager and giving updates and progress report.
Preference will be given to those having UAE or GCC experience.
Candidate on Visit visa may also apply.
Salary will be discussed during the interview.
