ALJ Auto Jameel is hiring a Workshop ManagerSupervisor to lead aftersales workshop team to achieve top results in productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction under the guidance of the Service Center Manager.
Workshop Management:
– Set SOPs for processes and technical steps.
– Provide technical support and coordinate for critical faults.
– Maintain consumable stock and address challenges.
Equipment and Tools:
– Ensure availability and update tools.
– Maintain equipment and ensure safety.
Workshop KPIs:
– Monitor GDI and DDD accuracy.
– Analyze KPIs and implement improvements.
Supervision:
– Plan schedules and coach team.
– Address issues and conduct appraisals.
