Responsibilities
Depending on their level of knowledge & experience the Field Specialist role applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks or jobs for the product line and services.
OPERATIONS
Equipment assembly
Testing, inspection, installation and closure (under supervision) Taking technical support functions for the Field Service Supervisor and crew which may include performing calculations Checking Technical documentation to ensure equipment is fit for purpose Responsible for Data Collection and ensuring all job parameters are measured, recorded and reported in the job report Follow a specific learning plan that will include various computer based learning module as well as classroom training You may take on miscellaneous task as assigned to you by your supervisor

Responsible for being familiar with the Company’s Quality policies and taking an active role in compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of all policies & procedures, related operational and non-operational documentation, support systems, complies with all technical Work instructions and Test Procedures, carrying out work Maintains service quality as an immediate priority when working across all aras of the business and continually seeks areas of improvement
