We are seeking to strengthen our team and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to helping children and their families
Objective of the job
Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager, the Human Resources (HR) Officer takes care of the execution of human resources day to day running of Syria and Jordan Country Programme office and act as a focal person providing key support on all HR functions. The HR Officer will assist in the human resources activities including recruitment and On-borading, personnel files, staff benefits and insurance, performance management and payroll.
Position in the organisation
The HR Officer reports to HR Manager and collaborates regularly with operation and program teams, also provides functional support to volunteer(s) and/or service providers.
In addition to the result areas below, the HR Officer remains flexible to take on different assignments in support of the overall country office operations
