Job Discription
1.Collaborate with the IT Manager to plan, implement, and manage the organization’s IT strategy and initiatives.
2.Assist in managing the IT department’s daily operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and system updates.
3.Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
4.Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and network components.
5.Contribute to the management of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
6.Monitor the organization’s IT systems, identifying and addressing potential security vulnerabilities and risks.
7.Assist in creating and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and doentation.
8.Help manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and equipment.
9.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions align with business needs.
10.Assist in training staff members on using new technologies and systems effectively.
11.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in information technology.
Candidate Requirement
1.Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
2.Proven experience in an IT support or technical role.
3.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and system administration.
4.Familiarity with IT project management and implementation.
5.Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
6.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
7.Experience with server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
8.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
9.Proficiency in using IT management tools and software.
10.Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
11.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
12.Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
