Job Discription

Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
•Contact property owners and landlords and convince them to list their properties through the company.
•Answer phone calls, assist the owners and clients, schedule meetings, and support visitors.
•Prepare rental and sales contracts (Forms A, B and F), NOCs, and complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner.
•Managing Property listings in Portals like (Property Finder, Bayut , Dubizzle etc.) Ensures that all listed ads are verified and acquire Trakheesi approvals.
•Gather sales and properties listings through outbound call, cold call, emails presentations, networking, and social.
•Follow up with Agents and Clients for doents, and details as necessary.
•Emails correspondence, follow ups, reminders, and direct phone calls.
•Ensure that listing doents are done within compliance guidelines and correctly updated on the internal CRM.
•Keep track of daily expenses, and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as required.
•Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, etc.
•Provide ad support around the office as needed.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent education required.
•Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience in Dubai.
•Secretarial background with real estate knowledge as a further advantage.
•Excellent verbal and written communications; Fluency in English.
•Strong interpersonal, customer service.
•Ability to multitask.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
•Should be currently available in Dubai
