Lighting Project Management Admin.Duties and Responsibilities:• Review incoming orders with quotations department and prepare all documents materials and documents for submission for approval • Review and manage Project database using Salesforce.• Assist and Coordinate the Design and Product Development departments in selecting materials to meet the clients’ design and budget requirements• Coordinates with internal production team to meet customer targeted delivery dates.Must be a knowledgeable, experienced, well organized multi-tasker, who can manage multiple clients and projects. An individual with an analytical and creative mindset, who is willing and able to successfully identify potential design project flaws and assist in solving them.• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills• Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs. and Adobe Acrobat skills are required. Salesforce prior experience is preferred• Cross match lighting fixtures• Ability to read and understand Architectural and Electrical lighting plans• Lighting take-offs/counts• General data entry• General customer service, English and Spanish a plus• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD and Revit, Visual and / or AGI32 would be advantageous,• Must be a team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines and track multiple projects at one time• A minimum of 2 years prior experience working in lighting and in the position of a project administrator• Prior experience in working with general and electrical lighting contractors preferred• Thorough understanding of lighting design and product offering VONN is a manufacturer and distributor of unique, technologically sophisticated LED light fixtures, distinguishing us from our competitors by turning conventional light fixtures into extraordinary showpieces.
