Inpatient Insurance Coordinator and Claims Processor/Outside Medical Center Coordinator

(QLM, ALKOOT, ALLIANZ, BUPA, METLIFE, TRICARE, MSH, AETNA, AXA)

• Responsible for all insurance pre-approval request inpatient and outpatient
• Validate the procedures done by the patients
• Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information
• Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
• Maintain and manage patient records
• Sending and checking approvals for doctor request to Health Insurance
• Collect co-pays and payments
• Report statistics as required
• Schedule hospital admissions, tests, scans and outside appointments for patients
• Obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post
• Complete other clerical duties as assigned
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Determines covered medical insurance losses by studying provisions of policy or certificate.
• Documents medical claims actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Submits monthly claims.
• Follows up with all insurance companies for the release of payments.
• Handles reconciliations

Manadtory experience: Should have at least 2 years of the same nature of work in a medical facility.

Local hires only with valid NOC.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR7,000.00 – QAR8,000.00 per month
