Vivo UAE hiring Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assisting HR manager for day to day reports about department
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the assigned department or group
To ensure that company processes & procedures are followed
Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels
Required Qualification/Skills:
High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to deal with authorities within Dubai emirate
Fluency in written & verbal communication (English & Arabic)
Strong communication & Convincing qualities
Proficient user of MS office software
Must be UAE national with family book
