Responsibilities
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Develop a thorough understanding of the clients position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.
Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Account Manager.
Have experience in Aramco projects and petrochemicals.
Have experience in project management.
Have sales certification.
