Experience in PRIME, ONLINE & FRAUDGUARD Applications. Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development skills. Extensive experience in monitoring system performance, maintenance/ initiation of error logs, user acceptance testing for TSYS CTL Prime Version 4, etc. Skilled in providing user support services. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate with people at all levels Possess in depth knowledge of applications in the credit and debit, loyalty, corporate and personal cards Extensive technical and managerial experience in Card Payment Systems Areas of expertise include programme and project management, strategic technical and business investigation, business and financial plan preparation, etc.
