Job Summary
To lead the development and delivery of the commercial partnership strategy and engagement with embassies as well as key governmental, semi-governmental and private entities across local and international markets that leads to annual revenue and commercial growth targets.
The focus will be to plan a strategy for selling sponsorship, advertising packages, marketing packages, establishing relations with different types of clients.
Job Responsibilities 1
Establish long-term goals and develops strategies that incorporate organization goals and translate to business objectives
Oversees number of key accounts of the partners
Continually research and identify new potential partners/sponsors and opportunities to enhance existing partnership
Implements variety of new business initiatives to drive an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process that will results to building the long term sustained growth of the business
Ensures that the sales objectives are assigned in a timely fashion and develops the business sales targets and values, hence, creating a working culture for the sales force
Monitors and endeavours to maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and process consistency in the sales force initiatives
Supports equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensuring that quotas are optimally assigned to all sales channels
Monitors the accuracy and efficiency of sales reports as well as other intelligence essentials
Sets revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators
Connect with large entities in Qatar such as Qatar Foundation, Qatar Petroleum, Ooredoo, Vodafone, Qatar banks, etc. to promote and increase sales for commercial packages such as but not limited to MOQ gift cards, loyalty program membership and sponsoring events for each project within the company’s portfolio

Upskill, hire, coach, train and inspire team members developing top performers through goal setting, planning, and frequent one on one interactions
Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
Initialize and implement annual sales plans by both unit and gross-profit standards, and examine the trends and outcomes that emerge from these implementation
Manages and develops the sales team setting objectives to achieve pre-set targets identified from the sales plan
Identifies valuable emerging markets and continuously widening the leads pipeline
Establish revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators
Implements variety of new business initiatives to drive sales
Provides accurate forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 15 years total work experience
8 years of relevant industry related experience
3 years in the GCC region
