Sales and Leasing Administrator required
Job Description:
In-charge of leasing administration of properties (in Assign site).
Act as the main point of contact for Motor City property related matters which includes handling general inquiries either via phone call, email or in person and act accordingly or coordinate with respective personnel/department.
Handle title deed management which includes submission and collection of title deeds at Dubai Land Department and resolving issues if any.
Prepare, compose and distribute memos, letters, reports, circular, lease agreements, offer letters, NOCs and other related documents as and when required and manage document tracking system.
Manage the Property Brokerage Section.
Facilitate Transfer/Resale of residential units.
Handle leasing of extra car parking slot and storage.
Review and finalize the MIS report submitted monthly to the Management.
Handle and resolve Client’s complaints in a professional manner and establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all the Clients.
Coordinate with internal departments as and when required.
Plan and implement new methods for enhancement of customer service and currently implemented system.
Registering applicants on system and property file up keeping.
Handling day to day operations.
Assisting sales team and handling diary management.
Placing together and sending property lists.
Answering phone and dealing with queries and creating mail merges and running reports.
Archiving electronic reports and files and generating file administration.
