Job Discription
•Maintains and builds new relationships with various government bodies and representatives to enhance positive company exposure and promote company interests. Follows up with government bodies on progress of company requests, communications, invitations, meetings, that relate to company interests.
•Assisting for Maintaining a filing system for policies, procedural doentation, and company doents.
•Assisting to ensures the company is fulfilling manpower requirements with relation to its registered licenses.
•Assisting for the general services of the company including but not limited to contracts renewals and other.
•Performs any other duties entrusted to them by their managers.
Candidate Requirement
Assisting of Govt. & Public Relations activities such as up to date with the company doentation and licenses etc.
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any related field is preferred.
•3+ years’ experience.
-Competency with Microsoft Office.
