Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Dubai. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s ecommerce platform, analyzing sales and customer data, improving customer experience, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in managing and maintaining E-Commerce platforms
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
