Are you passionate about designing technology systems and improving how technology is managed?

Do you have the know-how to apply business analysis techniques to deliver IT projects and demands?

We’re looking for Tech Business Analyst to:

• engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• translate business requirements into technical documentation
• collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• help on as-is and to-be impact analysis
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
• establish communication with business about process and projects
• build implementation and rollback plans, test cases and planning releases

You’ll be working in the front-office technologies, as part of the Technology division in Brazil. Together as a team, we provide trading solutions which includes high touch and algo-trading platforms, order management systems, risk controls, market data feeders and drop copy systems. As a tech business analyst, you’ll play an important role discussing with business and software engineers, analyzing ideas and proposals from both sides, supporting business as an L3 analyst, reporting project status to senior management, playing key roles in local and global projects.
