Job Role:
Prepare & organize the Managing Director schedule daily & inform the MD of all upcoming activities & the required procedures.
Manage incoming & outgoing mail & documents issued by the office of the general manager.
Prepare internal & external communications in a professional manner as per the directives of the general manager or his office manager.
Maintain the MD Emails & Reply as per his instructions.
