Description:
We are hiring an Office Admin Staff with minimum 1 year of experience in a Consultancy or Audit firm
Recent experience in UAE is preferred
Knowledge of Audit Report Formatting.
Preparation of engagement letters, addendums, extension letters, etc.
Maintaining trackers (EL, Audit Reports & Other reports)
Maintaining proper records of client statutory documents.
AML Screening with help of the Refinitiv Software.
Maintaining the KYC tracker of all the clients.
Handling Empanelment’s and renewals.
Communicate with Crown Indexing – storage facility.
Maintaining data backup of staff.
Coordinating with affiliates for audit reports.
Maintaining the work-on-hand status of all auditors.
Complying with the procedures for applying to Tenders
