Responsibilities:o Specific internship responsibilities will vary based on your assignment. This internship project is based on HR functions; the activities expected in this role: Coordinate hiring activities and HR Fundamentals Undertake clerical duties (e.g., answering emails and drafting offer letters, preparing, and sending offer letters and rejection letters to candidates) Prepare online Job postings and screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinating new hire orientations. Handle records and paperwork. Assist on new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas) Updating employee records, filing HR documents accordingly. Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. Drafting employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes.
