Tradeling.com is intended to become the dominant B2B marketplace for the MENA region by simplifying and enhancing digital B2B trade through a centralized, digital and safe procurement platform. It will offer value added services that will include finance and logistics. Position Overview:We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive who is passionate about achieving sales objectives and contribute to overall organization’s sales goals. Our ideal candidate will be championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights and by using a variety of demand-sales inputs The successful candidate will have high levels of ownership and responsibility holding the accountability for delivering key capabilities to respond to the needs of the business ensuring that what is delivered meets business goals and objectives. The position is located in our Dubai headquarters and will report directly to the Marketplace Head. Responsibilities: 1. Sales OperationsCandidate should have sales driven mindset and rich past of working in Electronics or Fashion or Office Supplies or similar.Candidate should have proven capability of handling large sales teams and effectively guide them to become fighting unit to hit organisation goalsMust be good at Key account management with key stakeholders like Distributors / wholesalers / retail chains / manufacturersWell verse with brands / skus / ticket sizes at category levelShould be highly efficient in acquistion and retention of buyersShould be able to achieve targets at executive level, category lines level, sku level and overall GMV goals 2. Customer ObsessionUnderstand customer needs and business objectivesKeep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaintsResolve customer complaints in coordination with category teamMeet success metrics set for customer satisfactionShould be good at multitasking – sales / customer service / customer relationship / issue resolutions Requirements:3+ years of experience working in outdoor sales / distribution / wholesaleExtensive work experience in B2B SalesProven work experience as a sales executive across geographies of UAE with a track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales goalsShould understand and speak Hindi / Malayalam / English Preferred candidates:First Preference – Sales Executives working with Consumer Electronics, Office Supplies or Fashion distributors and wholesellers.Second preferrence – Sales Executives with experience in general B2B selling across various verticals.
