Role Description

As a Badminton Coach at Topline Sports in Sharjah, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of athletes of all ages and skill levels. You will work closely with parents, athletes, and other coaches to develop training programs that fit their individual needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating practices and games, providing feedback to athletes, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Organize and participate in club events, tournaments, and competitions. Monitor players progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals. Evaluate players skills, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized training programs.

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Sharjah.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of badminton and their rules and regulations
• Strong communication skills, especially in giving feedback and instruction to athletes.
• Ability to work well with athletes of all ages and skill levels
• Excellent organization skills to manage multiple athletes at once
• Experience coaching or playing badminton is preferred
• Proven experience as a Badminton Coach, preferably with relevant certifications.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players.
• Organizational skills to plan and schedule training sessions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
