· Coordinate with Sales/Customer Service staff
· Research and evaluate prospective suppliers
· Grow and maintain good supplier networks and relationships + update supplier contact register
· Travel to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary
· Clarify requirements direct with Customers or Sales
· Generate leads through all customer interactions
· Prepare external RFx (Request for Information / Request for Proposals/ Request for Quote) to be sent to selected approved vendors
· Review, compare and analyze products and services to be purchased.
· Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
· Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and ensure order acknowledgment
· Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery
· Review quality of purchased products
· Review supplier invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered & prepare delivery notes.
· Coordinate and ensure timely payment to suppliers
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
· Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports
· Ensure that all purchasing activities are performed following internal policies and processes
· Attend regular team meetings for performance review

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of Procurement and logistics
· BA/BS University degree or extensive work experience
· Additional certification in the field of procurement desired
· Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
· Experience with ERPs (preferably Zoho)
· UAE experience is a must
· GCC experience is a plus
· UAE Driver’s License
· Fluency in English
