Job Description

  • Repairing mobile phones as per the manufacturer’s requirements
  • Online claim reporting to the principle companies portal.
  • Online job updation in our in-house system.
  • Preparing technical reports for repaired devices.
  • Daily reporting to the head of the dept… 
  • Daily plan and manage to close the pending cases
  • Report to storekeeper for required spare parts to be ordered
  • Maintaining an ESD safe work environment.
  • Technical support for customer.
  • Reporting to HOD for all tasks.
  • Coordination with sales/service/commercial/logistics coordinator for all tasks.
  • Conveying required information to the collection points in the interior location.
  • Responding to all Audit queries pertaining to the repair-related activities
