JOB DESCRIPTION Duties & Responsibilities Procurement Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
