Job Description:
Providing excellent services to corporate clients, by taking the sufficient time to know the client’s need and requirements and achieving compliance with the company’s standards and regulatory authorities. The employee also undertakes the implementation of various services, monitors their quality, and assists clients with all related inquiries. He shall abide by his daily work with the highest levels of compliance and record transactions on the systems according to the company’s policy and compliance requirements.
Tasks and Duties:
Perform tasks and duties in accordance with the company’s policy and applicable procedures, while adhering to excellent service standards and professional ethics. Receive requests to open new accounts for companies based on the new identification’s requirements. Update and sequence all customer data for client’s corporate accounts registered on the system. Conduct external visits and meetings for corporate clients with the aim of new identification and continuous updating. Receive agencies in all their forms and refer them the Compliance Department before activating them on the systems. Link the Group’s customers’ accounts with the banks participating in the “electronic transfers” service. Issue account statements and stock portfolio in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. Resolve any complaints or inquiries from customers directly, and if the solution is not possible, transfer them to the Sector Manager.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients. The ability to work and carry out daily tasks independently or within a team. Readiness and willingness to adapt to a constantly changing work environment aimed at serving customers. Should have a spirit of initiative, and the ability to absorb quickly concepts and ideas. Fluency in Arabic and English. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field. Should be ready to move between the company’s departments to meet the business needs, whether temporarily or permanently. Job Benefits Gross Salary 7,000 QAR 22 Education level *
