Salary: Negotiable based on skills.

Working Days: 3 Days (Flexible Shifts from 9am-5pm / 1pm-9pm).

Monday – Friday 9am to 9pm

Saturday – 9am to 5pm – As Required

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDES

• Passion for a salon.
• Problem solving and make smart decisions, provide great customer service, Take actions with energy.
• Strong character, assisting customers.
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Handles Pressure.
• To achieve Monthly sales by adhering to TCL selling and Training guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

• Minimum experience required: 2 years. (Salon Experience preferred)
• Immediately available candidates preferred
• Knowledge of SHORTCUT system is preferred.
• Excellent sales talents
• Good looking and presentable.
• Fluent in English.
• Enthusiastic about customer service and creating a 5-star customer service experience
• High School diploma, University/college degree is an asset
