Territory Manager – Eastern Region Full Time

Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.The Territory Manager is responsible for the growth and expansion of sales by working proactively with various internal and external stakeholders, technical working groups, NUPCO and national programs.The incumbent is expected to provide dynamic leadership and motivating the team to execute the strategies that achieve profitable sales revenue ensuring the growth of the business while maximizing business opportunities and growing revenue across full product portfolio in Laboratory, Hospital, Clinic and Point of Care markets.Responsible for managing and growing Cepheid business within the assigned geography for both customer accounts and prospect accounts including, but not limited to, institutional hospitals, private laboratories and POC settings.Drive a complex, multi-departmental sale from the introduction of new diagnostic concepts through closure and implementation.Negotiate and manage contracts and tenders with Key Accounts.Introduce and develop new testing in Eastern region hospitals/LabsDevelop demand for, and adoption of, new assays and instrumentation.Work closely with internal resources such as Clinical solutions team, Field Application Specialists and Marketing to develop and implement customer & region -specific sales strategies.Develop and deliver presentations and proposalsHost and assist with product showsManage customer data in the company CRM (Salesforce.com).Achieve instrument and reagent sales goalsLeverage the DBS tools to solve problems and sustain results.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical field . e.g. Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Oncology, Virology or similar like Nursing.7+ years of relevant work experience in a sales position.Strong track record of sales success, specifically in selling high value productsExpertise with demand creation and multi-departmental hospital sales is a plusDiagnostic/ Laboratory experience is a PlusKnowledge of the different business models in the Diagnostics industry, GPPRR, RR etc…Priority for candidates who know the Saudi market (specially the Eastern Region)Fluent in English & Arabic Knowledge and skills:Solution selling / consultative sales approachOutstanding presentation and negotiation skillsCustomer focus and relationship building skillsStrong oral and written communications skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamHave a sense of urgencySkilled in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Skilled using a CRM application(s) such as Salesforce.com or othersOther:Fluent in Arabic and EnglishTravel 50-75% mainly in Eastern region of SaudiAt Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology.
