A start up company in Dubai is hiring a Customer Success Manager
Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at Tenex.io, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are maximizing the value they receive from our platform, and you will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients and guiding them through the platform’s features and functionalities.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
Provide ongoing support, training, and assistance to clients to ensure their success.
Monitor client usage and adoption of the platform, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to relay client feedback and feature requests.
Assist in the resolution of any client issues or concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
