Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and chat.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members.
Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
