Technical Office Senior Engineer (Glass/Aluminum) Full Time

Glass:

• Study Tenders, Bids and Projects documents. 
• Design and Prepare Technical Drawings for all Glass Elements such as Façade, Handrails. 
• Prepare Technical and Financial proposals for Proposed Project. 
• Ensure that financial submissions are fully complied with all necessary details. 
• Prepare / Review the preparation of the time schedule and other requirement for each activity and also ensure correctness to capture anticipated durations. 
• Contract Negotiation and signing procedures preparation. 
• Helping the customers choosing the suitable design, materials and provide Samples and accessories.

Aluminum:

• Study and review the project documents (time schedule, project design drawings,
• Prepare sales quotation with shop drawings for aluminum profiles.
• Prepare Cutting list and BOQ of required materials.
• Prepare and finalize all required documents/approvals/Submittals for projects
• Coordinate with the Customers and Consultants for All documents approval.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineers for Site inspection and as built.
• Fabrication Drawing and Cutting list responsibility. 
• Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and prepare solution.
• Provide assistance to project manager and site engineer.
