Need flutter help for project with notifications. Notifications need to be sent from admin to specific users from firebase, using firestore with queries. Notifications page also needed on user side where notifications sent are seen on the page. User can interact with notifications (accept or delete the notification). If the accept, the admin account is alerted.
I prefer classes to ensure code will work in my environment, but will send the code in advance if interested.
My budget: 650inr/hour, prefer to finish requirements in five hours.
