Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated Sales Representative who can:
In this role, you will be responsible of:
. Lists the potential clients based on the market research
. approaches the market with continuance meetings to generate business opportunities and maintain / enhance the company portfolio
. Project’s approach of all potential project parties at all project stages (PMC, Consultants, EPC, Subcontractors ETC)
. Establish a solid relationship with the clients (Trust and Loyalty) . Maintain a clear records and analysis of received and processed enquiries
. Report his effort through the reporting channels KPIs, Meeting reportsETC
. Meet the targeted Conversion rates of his enquiries, number of meetings and generated revenue
. Secure the order with proper follow-up with the clients over the duration of the work order until dues collection completion
. Keep on close position to the market to report the status of the prices, new projects, competitor news. ETC
. Handles the tender preparation and submission.
. Work closely with operation team, invoicing and collection team and lead the execution of his orders.
. Manages key accounts
. Conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
. Seeks for new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media . Sets up meetings with potential clients and response to their requests.
. Prepares and delivers appropriate presentations on services provided by company and refers the right sales channel for other services.
. Participates on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
. Negotiates/closes deals and handles complaints or objections
. Collaborates with sales team members to achieve better results
. Supports in clearing outstanding (ensure no bad debts).
