An exciting opportunity is available Inspection Coordinator, based in UAE who will report directly to Supervisor, Inspection.
Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated Inspection Coordinator who can:
. Ensure effective and efficient coordination in a timely manner of the assigned tasks as per the laid-out policies, procedures, etc., for smooth operations.
. Coordinates all Inspection activities for day to day inspections to ensure services meet company and client specifications as well as contractual requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
. Prepares times sheets and subsequent Work order for invoicing.
. Prepares and issues overall Inspection Status Report for each purchase order.
. Develops and maintains Inspection Man-hour Budgets.
. Monitors and manages the Project Inspection Budget.
. Runs day to day activities of contracts in terms of coordination with subsidiaries and inspectors.
. Keeps track and control of worldwide inspection activities.
. Supervises and coordinates the activities of the Inspectors, including coordination with clients and discipline Engineers involved with Inspection.
. Maintains Project Non-conformance Report (NCR) Register.
. Lends technical support to Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management disciplines.
. Authorizes Inspection Release Certificates (IRC) against purchase order requirements.
. Reviews and approves Inspection Reports for compliance to scope of Inspection file and distribute to designated Project Team members.
. Distributes periodically the updated Vendor Inspection Plan (VIP) informing the Project team and Client (if required) about the status of project inspections.
. Monitors performance of suppliers and contract-based inspectors and report to management monthly.
. Prepares reports, maintain records and other related documents related to company profile, and other departmental documents such as CVs database, client’s database etc.
.Manages customer feedback.
. Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
. Diploma/Bachelor in the field of Engineer or Business Administration or other relevant fields.
. Certification or training related to ISO 9001 awareness or any management system (added advantage)
. 12 years experience if Diploma Holder OR 6 years experience if Bachelor graduate in the field of administrative, planning, coordination in the field of Quality Control/ Inspection roles (added advantage).
. GCC nationals can be fresh Graduate if Bachelor graduate from any discipline in Engineering or Industrial Studies.
