Audit Coordinator
An exciting opportunity is available Audit Coordinator, based in UAE who will report directly to Supervisor, Certification.
Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated Audit Coordinator who can:
. Ensure effective and efficient coordination in a timely manner of the assigned tasks as per the laid-out policies, procedures, etc. for smooth operations of administrative functions for respective section and area.
. Executes internal audits, maintains auditor’s qualification and related certification records and logs.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
. Performs QC/QA activities on audit files.
. Reviews and approves man-day’s (sales). . Reviews and approves audit team and effort (ATEA).
. Ensures efficient execution of the admin veto process.
. Liaises with main organization or/and accrediting bodies, if required, for approvals of ATEAs, audit files, auditor qualifications etc.
. Updates and maintains related logs, records etc., for certification control
. Ensures efficient and effective management of the certification control and certificate issuance process to ensure compliance within stipulated timelines
. Prepares reports, maintain records and other related documents related to company profile, and other departmental documents such as CVs database, client’s database etc.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
. Diploma OR bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, IT
. Certification or training related to ISO 17021-1 and ISO 9001 awareness or any management system (added advantage)
. 4 years experience if Diploma holder or 2 years experience if bachelor’s degree holder in the field of administrative, planning, coordination or related function
. Work experience related to Quality Control/Assurance roles (added advantage)
