Summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Support Service Manager, responsible for delivering FM support services. Without the ability to delegate, facilities wouldnt function, and facilities managers wouldnt be able to provide employees, visitors, and stakeholders with a superior workplace experience, Support services manager provides support to managers to ensure consistent and appropriate human resources practices and procedures are being implemented. Job Duties: Determine service level objectives based on support requirements, author related policies and procedures and use metrics-based management strategies. Communicate and implement policies, procedures, best practices, recommendations and guidelines in compliance with established policy. Lead team in existing processes and encourage out of the box thinking in order to drive continuous improvement of all processes and procedures from the front line. Oversee SLA operations and functions as they pertain to Support Services functions including Accommodations, Fleet and facilities overall to ensure all documents and inquiries are handled timely, accurately and in compliance with policies and procedures and meet requirements as defined in the SLA Service Level Agreements Develops and revises department policy and operating procedures. Ensure all Support Services policies and procedures are adhered. Perform as department manager for the Support Services team. responsible for Service Performance Reviews Oversee employees transportation. Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments. Manage all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors. Perform analysis and forecasting. Minimum Qualifications: BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFM) will be an advantage. 15+ years of experience. Proven experience as support manager and facilities manager or relevant position Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Good analytical/critical thinking Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
