5. Handling Complaints: The waiter is responsible for handling any complaints or issues that guests may have. They listen to guests’ concerns, offer solutions, and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
6. Maintaining a Clean Dining Area: The waiter is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area. They clear tables, clean up spills, and ensure that the dining area is presentable.
7. Cash Handling: The waiter may be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions. They ensure that all transactions are accurate and that the restaurant’s cash handling policies are followed.
