Role Summary:

What’s on your plate:
- Manage vendor vouchers database
- Set up vouchers in the Rewards engine
- Collaborate with marketing to set up assets
- Assess vendor utilization, distill insights and translate data into actionable analysis and communicate them to key stakeholders
- Receive and review complex customers requests
- Raise issues to relevant teams when no document guideline is available

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in english
- Ability to think out of the box and implement ideas in an agile manner
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of solving problems independently
- Oriented to teamwork, with good interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete tasks within established deadlines
- Problem solver with little guidance from supervisor
- Arabic speaker is a preference
